Off we went on Friday to the K9atwalk fund raiser at the Polish Hearth Club in Exhibition Road, organised by my friend Magda Hunt.
The Club was the perfect setting for the fashion show, featuring designer clothes – and very fancy dog collars too – auctioned off to support the charity IAPWA. Harrowing films presented by Anneka Svenska got everyone in the mood to give very generously to the charity, dedicated to helping animals, and actors Peter Egan, Rula Lenska and Ali Bastian were amongst those lending their support.
All in all, a warm and compassionate evening in support of man’s best friend – not bad on a cold London night when snow was falling.
