If, like me, you have the odd day (week/month/life) when you feel you are a less than adequate parent, rush off to UK Gold tomorrow and watch Outnumbered. Seeing the hapless parents being outmanoeuvred, outclassed and, of course, outnumbered by their amazingly talented offspring (isn’t the little girl stunning? And terrifying) always makes me feel so much better. Ahhhhh, schadenfreude. Don’t you just love it?
Despite my heroic efforts to pretend I dine every night at the Ritz, suppertime at Divorce Towers often descends into a chaos which is more reminiscent of London Zoo. At rhino feeding time.
